DNM 5005HS
DNM 5005HS is a VMC supplied by DN Solutions(Doosan China). This machine is a 3-axis machining center with a C-frame structure in which the milling head moves up and down along the column (Z-axis), the saddle moves back and forth on the bed (Y-axis), and the table moves from side to side on the saddle (X-axis). The table is a rectangule, and the size is 1300X570 mm. The stroke is X 1050 mm Y 570 mm Z 510 mm.
The DNM-HS series, based on the DNM series, is specifically designed for high-efficiency machining of automotive components like cylinder heads and oil pans.
For eco-friendly operation, grease lubrication is standard for both spindles and axis systems.
Equipped with high-performance direct-coupled spindles that minimize vibration and thermal deformation during high-speed machining, ensuring improved processing accuracy.
Standard spindle cooling system enables prolonged high-speed operation. Circulating cooled oil through spindle bearings and built-in motors minimizes thermal distortion and guarantees high-precision cutting.
Offers various options to configure highly reliable and efficient machining lines.
